I’ve been lucky enough to travel down to L.A. with the Junebug girls a few times in the last 6 months. Junebug is expanding to Southern California and we’ve been meeting with vendors (Mindy Weiss and Elizabeth Messina to name a couple of my favorites!) and learning more about the area. On our last trip we were the official photographers for the A Soolip Wedding show. It is a high end bridal show held in an old empty cathedral in downtown LA… so beautiful!!! I had to share a few of my shots…




The models and the dresses from Kirstie Kelly Couture were amazing!!! I couldn’t stop shooting the girls :)





I loved being able to get backstage, it was fun to see all the work going on behind the scenes…



Instead of a regular runway fashion show the girls walked around the floor independantly in different dresses all afternoon. It was fun to have them mingling with the brides and to see the dresses up close!






The people at the show were so great, we even had a few celebrity sightings… yes, that is Rachel Hunter below with one of the wedding show’s founders, Wanda Wen! :)
